We’re expanding our Klaviyo team at Ask Phill. After achieving remarkable success in email marketing under the guidance of Ieva & Cecilie, our Klaviyo Consultants, we’re now setting our sights on further growth. To help us continue on this path, we’re looking for an adept Email Design Specialist to become a vital part of this team.

As an Email Design Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in our Klaviyo Consultancy Team, supporting the delivery of a full-service email marketing approach. This role is responsible for crafting compelling, visually engaging email content and designing visually striking email templates that align with each client’s brand and audience. You will work closely with the Klaviyo Consultants to ensure that the content resonates with the client’s target audience and meets strategic goals.

You’ll be at the heart of designing eye-catching email templates that captivate audiences. Using tools like Figma and Klaviyo, you’ll craft engaging email layouts ensuring flawless execution. Beyond design, you’ll create compelling content that connects with diverse target audiences, boosting engagement and driving conversions. You’ll constantly refine content and design by leveraging AB testing and performance data to deliver high-performing emails.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement visually appealing, on-brand email templates using Figma and Klaviyo in client platforms
• Create engaging email content tailored to different audiences, optimizing through A/B testing to boost performance
• Collaborate with the Klaviyo Consultant Team to align campaigns with client strategies and goals
• Adapt content for various industries and audiences
• Demonstrate proficiency in Klaviyo, Figma, and similar tools for high-quality email templates
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize email design and strategy based on insights

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a creative with extensive experience in email design
• Expertise in Klaviyo and design tools like Figma (or similar) to create standout email campaigns
• A creative and strategic thinker with a strong background in email design
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and content optimization to drive impactful results
• Ability to craft content strategies that align with diverse client needs across various industries
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail, ensuring quality in every aspect of the work
• Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative team environments

Additional useful experience:

• Experience creating email content in multiple languages
• Prior experience working in D2C
• Experience working with Shopify
• Prior experience working in an agency
