This is a client-facing, front-line management role for a highly intelligent, charismatic and creative thinking practitioner, who is passionate about digital marketing and specifically Meta, Youtube within Google Ads, and Paid Social/Programmatic.
The successful candidate will demonstrate account and channel expertise, strive for repeatable success and have a desire to question everything in pursuit of operational and client service excellence. They will be expected to provide bold and confident recommendations and sound leadership, backed by innovative flair and analytical experience.
The ideal candidate will support planning, creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns in Youtube within Google Ads, Meta and other biddable digital advertising platforms.
As an Account Manager, the ideal candidate will have a responsibility to manage and mentor associates, support and develop client relationships, provide deep platform expertise, and contribute to department and channel best practices.

Salary Range for this position is $80,000 – $90,000 per year (DOE).
Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on; among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
