Job Description

We’re looking for a talented new Technical SEO Manager to join our award-winning team at No Brainer!

We’re a multi-skilled agency, combining lots of services including traditional and digital PR, SEO and content marketing; organic and paid social media and influencer marketing.

We believe in integrated communications, creating attention-grabbing campaigns for our clients which are always rooted in clever data and smart analytics.

Through our Creative Intelligence™ model, we take the time to truly understand the needs of each client we work with. We put together campaigns across multiple channels to help them stand out from the crowd, and we measure and evaluate everything we do to keep on improving.

Our mission is to create meaningful change for our clients and that applies to our team too – we work hard to promote a culture that is inclusive with our team’s wellbeing at the heart of everything.

About the role

As Technical SEO Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating and delivering technical SEO strategies. Sitting at the heart of our SEO team and reporting to the Head of SEO & Insights, you’ll play a key role in driving organic search performance for our big-brand clients.

You’ll have a well-rounded understanding and working knowledge of SEO best practices, but your specialism and passion lies in technical SEO. You’ll be comfortable performing regular in-depth technical SEO audits (including log file analysis and Core Web Vitals) and analysing content quality based on E-A-T concepts – ensuring opportunities to improve are clearly communicated to both clients and internal teams.

Keeping up to date with the latest SEO developments, including algorithm changes, is a key part of this role, as is reporting – leveraging multiple data-points, ranging from SEMrush to Google Sheets, to create regular progress reports (via Google Data Studio).

You’ll be the voice of technical SEO in the agency, working with the Head of SEO & Insights to continually shape and evolve our SEO offering.
