This is an exciting opportunity to help build and shape the future direction of Gravity Global’s largest growth area in a rapidly expanding network agency. Whilst the role is based in Norwich, you’ll be working with multiple stakeholders across the US, London and Oxford.
As a result of the continued new business wins, we are seeking a dynamic Ad Operations Executive to join our fast-paced Paid Digital team. The role requires an acute attention to detail, an eye for operational efficiencies and a mastery of workflows and processes. You will be self-motivated, analytical, highly educated and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
The role is an important part of multi-disciplinary campaign teams encompassing Content Marketing, Digital PR, Data and Insights, SEO and Paid Digital. As this is a brand-new role within the group, Gravity will offer comprehensive training across multiple ad platforms, systems and tools with mentorship from multiple colleagues. Our main requirement is for this individual is to have a “superpower” in attention to detail.
Key responsibilities:
- Setup and traffic digital campaigns in digital advertising platform such as Google Ads and Paid Social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc)
- Work with internal teams and clients to set-up/link ad accounts and payment profiles
- Work closely with the Paid Specialists to review performance of on-going campaigns and optimise towards agreed KPIs
- Maintain a pro-active relationship with all colleagues to ensure our clients are kept up to date on campaign developments
- Responsible for owning the evolution of the digital ad operations department across the businesses
- Participate in QA workflows with internal teams to ensure best practices and compliance on campaign set up
- Provide delivery reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Help maintain campaign reporting and other operational workflowsv
- Troubleshooting tracking issues
- Ownership of media reconciliation
Skill requirements
- 2+ years of working on digital platforms, ideally in an ad operations role either in-house or within an agency environment, however this is not a requirement
- University degree in Maths, Science or Business-related fields
- Experience working with Analytics tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail, operationally minded
- Technical proficiency with a high capacity for problem solving
- Quick learner with a passion for learning new technologies
