As Principal support to the Head of Client Services, this key role within the client services team means you will be involved in all aspects of the agency.
Building client relationships through regular, proactive and value-added communication, whilst driving account strategy, campaign execution, leadership and development.
Key responsibilities
- Working closely with Head of Client Services, whilst actively offering support as needed to Directors
- Being a committed role model for Account Executive to learn and develop from
- Collaborating closely with Head of Operations and other 3rd party partners to ensure the seamless running of projects from start to finish
- Contributing to the ongoing evaluation of agency processes, voicing any suggested improvements
- Assisting with research and presentations for new business as required
Client management
- Taking the lead on your accounts, representing our agency’s culture and values
- Acting as the client’s voice and advocate to ensure client’s needs always come first
- Setting and meeting client expectations, proactively keeping them informed
- Addressing client queries or issues effectively and in a timely manner
- Interpreting client briefs accurately and interrogate where necessary to develop informed creative / studio briefs
- Having a complete understanding of the client’s business and market
- Understanding the role of digital within a broader marketing / business context to ensure clients sees us as a strategic partner, rather than digital supplier
- Identifying and acting on potential opportunities to offer valued advice or support
Digital projects
- Having complete ownership of the smooth delivery of a range of digital campaigns – website creation and management, digital display, digital advertising, social media and email marketing
- Managing work in progress and status reports – internally and externally
- Managing budgets, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget using our software to inform planning
- Agreeing digital strategies, informed by client’s specific business requirements
- Analysing website and digital campaign effectiveness and success, highlighting any learnings that should be taken forward

- Actively staying up-to-date with digital / client industry trends and best practices
